This weight is part of a series of New work from William D Manson Jnr who started his own studio last year. William is carrying on the Manson name but with his own style. This weight depicts 2 lampworked butterflies, one gold and one silver, floating at different levels above a bed of small flowers, buds and leaves. The weight is teardrop shaped with unusual facets, top window, and small microfacets making it amazing in real life, but difficult to photograph. New condition. 76mms diam at base (or 3ins), 65mm or 2 1/2 ins high. Ref; 03773
